I bumped into an old girlfriend of mine while out, and she is now interested in writing poetry.

She is my age…recently single, just separated…so you might see me reblog her..

She prefers to stay anon, her rights and business..

She is pretty interesting..she likes cult movies like Clash of the Titans, documentaries like me, and the old sinbad movies..

She will be interesting to follow..

She is also Christian, but apparently not searching for a mate..wants to settle down with herself and GOD and get to know herself again and find the proper soul mate.

So I hope you will welcome her…

the history will include originating country, the writers etc..with print outs given…

I might even make binders and add it to the cost of the class…

Friday Fetish

In Uncategorized on September 30, 2011 at 2:12 pm

1) history of haiku
2)format and sullables sent with homework
3)discussion, writing and sharing
4)TEST

I am working on that suggestion about teaching the poetry…A divine intervention at play

So you are looking at two weeks, twice a week for one hour.

That will repeat itself for Dodoitsu, and Tanka

Then closing off with

Publishing

1) forum, blogs, promoting
2) copyright, and plagiarism
3) Lulu publishing
4) closing class and celebration…

bringing it to 8 weeks…

Now I need to speak to the manager of the building if they prefer 8 weeks or 10..

If ten then monaku will be added in similar format..

My Mommy Has To Go Poo

In Uncategorized on September 29, 2011 at 3:03 pm

I started a tag called cutest things kid say a few weeks ago.
I was out with my kid and we were at the park. No bathroom of course. So I lean down to whisper to her and tell her we have to go I have to go to the washroom. She said “pee?” I said no I have to go poo, we have to leave.

We begin to get ready and we are walking down a path.

Up goes her arm waving to her friends goodbye, screaming I have to go home my mommy has to go poo.

The honesty of kids…I was laughing so hard the tears were coming down my cheeks. Even though my cheeks were the color of apples since the adults were standing around the children she was waving at.

But it had to be written for cutest things kids say.

so

I will breaking down the classes as best as I can

I will start with history of the poetry…where it comes from etc…

I am nervous,

I do not do well speaking out in public in PERSON

my cheeks go fire red LOL

But he sent me a person in my life to discuss this option with me

so

I am flattered and going with it

I am so excited..God brings blessings…

I was approached by someone to teach haiku, tanka and dodoitsu as a CLASS..

I do not wish to discuss more or where…due to issues of abuse and stalking..

But it is a building that offers classes right…

You charge per person…usually 8-10 weeks, then from what I am understanding you keep half the money

Generally the courses are 1 hour once or twice a week

So

I am going for it

I have to put together a teaching package…break down the weeks etc..

I am so tickled pink

God knew I wanted to make money from what I love

and sent an angel in my path to give me this..

I am taking some personal time off my blog, and focusing on a very small email listing with my poetry…

Until some things get sorted with truth in my favor

May God bless your day…

W eeds can smother other life,
E xtract with a garden knife,
E arths’ beauty of the flower,
D irt grows thorns that are sour,
S oil brings both joy and strife.
